At In-Depth Landscape Construction, we’ve always been committed to giving back to our community in meaningful ways. As a locally owned and operated business, deeply rooted in the ACT and surrounding areas, we understand firsthand the power of community support and the positive impact it has on shaping our future generations. That’s why when the Raiders NRLW squad sought sponsorship for The Locker Room Club, we were thrilled to jump on board.
The Locker Room Club is an incredible initiative by the Raiders Foundation, designed to raise funds for the Raiders Junior Pathways and Academy Programs. These programs provide opportunities for young, aspiring rugby league players across the ACT and regional NSW to develop their skills, build confidence, and follow their dreams. We are passionate about supporting such initiatives because, just like these young athletes, we too started from the ground up and grew with the support of our local community.
This year, we’re proud to sponsor two amazing players, Grace Kemp and Monalisa Soliola, who are not only outstanding athletes but also inspiring role models for local youth. It’s so important for young players to have role models to look up to—people who demonstrate perseverance, teamwork, and dedication both on and off the field. Grace and Monalisa embody those qualities and serve as incredible examples of what hard work can achieve.

As a family-run business, we know the importance of sport in shaping young people’s lives. Our own children are involved in local sports, and we’ve seen firsthand how participation in athletics can build character, foster discipline, and cultivate leadership skills. Whether it’s on the field or in life, these are the values we champion at In-Depth, and that’s why initiatives like The Locker Room Club resonate so deeply with us. Supporting the development of local talent through the Raiders Junior Pathways Program allows us to play a part in ensuring young people in our region have access to the opportunities, mentorship, and guidance they need to succeed.
We’re not just business owners—we’re parents, coaches, team managers and community members who care about the future of our region. We’re committed to helping our community grow, both on and off the field. We’re excited to continue supporting the next generation of athletes and watching them succeed in their endeavors. Whether it’s through our work in landscaping or our support of youth sports, we are proud to contribute to a stronger, more vibrant future for the ACT and regional NSW.
