Orange Cat Approves :)LANDSCAPINGI recently completed a large landscaping project with In-Depth Landscape Construction in Canberra, covering a new lawn, irrigation system, hedging, concrete pathways, stone retaining walls, stairs, and a custom letterbox. I’m genuinely impressed with both the process and the final result.The quality of the landscaping work is excellent. The lawn was laid perfectly and looks lush and level. The irrigation system was installed neatly and works flawlessly with even coverage. The hedging is straight, evenly spaced, and already giving the yard a clean, structured look.The stonework is easily the standout feature. The retaining walls, stairs, and letterbox are beautifully built and feel solid and premium. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. The concrete pathways are clean, straight, and tie everything together nicely. The whole front yard now looks polished and well thought out.What surprised me most is how much the project has improved the street appeal. I regularly have passersby and neighbours stop to compliment the landscaping and ask who did the work. In-Depth done a supply and install job at my place. I was replacing a boundry colourbond fence that was uneven along the bottom with a straight and even colourbond fence with sleepers underneath it for future pool scaping plans. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the start and finish of the project. But In-Depth worked hard to clear up the miscommunication that had previously happened and ordered the correct materials for the job. The fence was completed to 100% satusfaction and the fencers were very professional, done a fantastic job and I couldn't fault them a single bit. I would recommend the company to my friends and family and I look forward to using them again for future projects.

Our experience with In-Depth Landscaping started off on a very positive note. Ryan, who was responsible for the initial quotes, demonstrated great knowledge and listened to our requirements to come up with a design that perfectly suited our needs and stayed within our budget. The project began smoothly, and we were impressed with the progress and quality of work.However, towards the end of the project, we encountered some issues with unexplained invoices and unfinished work, which left us quite disappointed. Despite these setbacks, Ash, the project manager, stepped in and provided exceptional service to resolve these problems. He offered detailed explanations for the additional costs and ensured that the gate and fencing work was completed to a high standard.Ash's dedication to customer satisfaction has truly turned my frown into a smile. Highly recommended. Dylan was the only person from three different companies that quoted for the scope of works, who talked about the integrity of the retaining wall that needed to be replaced. The Admin Team (Krista and Ruby) were terrific with regular updates regarding the start date which was delayed due to bad weather, and who also kept in touch with me daily during the rebuild. Nathan and Michael did a terrific job doing the actual rebuild as well as installing a new colorbond fence on top. All up a very professional company to deal with.

Very many thanks to Dylan, River and especially Nathan. Three small jobs - very happy with the outcomes - two completed ahead of time, but a frustrating and unfortunate minor equipment failure on the third just before completion took a few days to resolve. However, we didn't have to follow up ourselves, and we were kept in the loop re resolution.

In Depth Landscaping did a great job revitalising the front and back yards at our home. This included turfing, irrigation, a fire pit area and shrub and plant movement. The also team demolished and removed a deck in the back yard to make way for new landscaping, and laid some new paths. Our family was delighted with the results. In Depth were good to deal with in the quoting and design stages, and the on-site team were hard working, helpful and consultative. The after service support with minor adjustments like a blocked sprinkler head have been great. We are glad we did this work on our yards with In-Depth.

We recently had our timber fencing replaced with color bond by the team at In-Depth. We found Matt friendly and easy to deal with throughout the quotation process, and he was able to offer solutions for problems that arose and managed the process of split boundaries so well. The team that completed the installation were kind and professional, they were are to troubleshoot issues that arose and provide multiple solutions. The fence itself was installed to an high standard and we are very happy with the finished product. Ryan in particular went above and beyond to ensure the fence was completed within the timeframe, even coming back to ensure finishing touches were done. We would happily use In-Depth again for any fencing needs and would highly recommend their services!

I can't recommend the team from Indepth Landscaping Construction highly enough. From the start to finish of our project they were professional and really invested in bringing our vision to life. Sam, Vik and the team who worked on our project over nearly 5 weeks were delightful to have on site. The project manager Jason and Sam were flexible and full of helpful suggestions when we wanted to alter the original plan. We are so thrilled with the final result. Our garden will bring joy over the coming years.

In Depth Landscaping turned our backyard into a relaxing oasis where we are happy to spend our time. Sam's team included Pat, Zak and Vik who all did a wonderful job with a high level of professionalism. They were always on time, friendly, respectful, and happy to explain every step of the work. All the digging and rubbish removal was done manually. Jacob, the project manager, was not afraid to get his hands dirty, happily giving his boys a helping hand when he was there and returning at the end of the day to check up on their progress. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. I had a relatively small job of replacing an old 5 metre brick wall with a colorbond fence but I was treated as well as if I had a $100,000 landscaping job. Matt was spot on time for the quote, kept me up to date with how things were going and he and Ryan had it done on the day they said they would. Very happy with the result!

The whole process from beginning to end was easy. Luke came and gave us a quote after listening carefully to what we wanted and offering suggestions for improvement. The tradespeople were thorough and they cleaned up as they went so at no stage was there a big mess in the backyard. The final product is exactly what was needed to make this space more user friendly and to improve the drainage across the site. I highly recommend In Depth Landscaping!

This was a very big job to be done. Remove dying hedge, weed yard and pavers. Luke arrived when arranged. He had most removed first day and all finished second day considering he had rainy weather to contend with.
